Those are a few of the stages of the drawing. You may notice that in the final picture, I have removed most of the green colour which I had started so plenitfully with to begin! In a drawing which takes a long time, you can change your mind several times. To tell you the truth, I started off with a caribbean sea scenery but then when I stretched the water to the sky, I just started converting it into the new philosophical finished painting. :)
